Request for Athlete Transportation – Exeter Union High School Athletics Transportation to and from athletic events is provided by Exeter Unified School District. All team members must remain with the team traveling to and from athletic events, per the athletic handbook.
However, if an athlete MUST leave an event with a parent or guardian, this form must be completed and returned to the coach before the student-athlete leaves with their parent/guardian.

Transportation to and from athletic events is provided by the school. It is expected that all team members remain with the team traveling to an event, and returning from an event. In the event that a team member needs to leave an event ahead of school transportation, this form must be completed and returned to the Athletic Director 24 hours before the event for verification.
